So my roommate and I got these Rudolph Christmas coloring books a couple of weeks back. Since it’s finals week, I wanted to ease my mind into studying by coloring. First time opening the book and I saw this picture..

There’s this girl at my school and she’s really nice and I remember sometime last year at one point she would carry a clicker around and click it everytime she had a happy thought/something good happened/she laughed etc. It was always kind of cute how you’d just hear the little click every once in a while throughout class it always made me smile knowing that it was bc something made her feel happy idk
she was training herself to be happy oh my god
does it work???? Imagine feeling yourself slipping into depression and you just click a few times and your brain says “wait, this is the sound of happiness I have to release serotonin”

Ratings and viewership aren’t looking so hot right now but I know how many people love this show, so if you do love it, try to watch it on TV (within 3 days if you record it), on the CW website, or on Netflix (if you’re in a country where they update weekly), so that your viewership counts where it matters!! And if you’re “interested” in watching but haven’t yet, do it!
Netflix is already out here canceling Iron Fist and Luke Cage like it’s nothing.
anyways please support sex workers during this. donate / support what content you can. reblog posts with their information if they’re choosing to move to another platform. don’t treat their livelihoods as a footnote in these discussions of these new policies.
